Plantar Fasciitis Treatment Centre

Heel discomfort is frequently caused by plantar fasciitis. It is characterized by inflammation of the plantar fascia, a broad band of tissue that spans the bottom of each foot and joins the heel bone to the toes. Stabbing pain is a frequent symptom of plantar fasciitis and usually flares up with your morning steps. The discomfort usually goes away when you walk around, but it may come back when you stand for extended periods of time or stand up after sitting down. Plantar fasciitis has an unclear etiology. It is more prevalent in runners and overweight individuals. The common symptom of plantar fasciitis is a stabbing pain in the area closest to the heel of your foot. Though prolonged standing or getting up from a seated position can sometimes cause pain, it usually flares up during the first few steps after waking.
